Cant install VB

Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist. Please fill out the data in config.php.new and rename it to config.php
where is config.php.new?
It also worrying reminds me of the phpBB errors i longed to be rid off....
EDIT: Found the config file, but its not written standadly, its all over the place, how am i spose to know where to edit!
