Is this a compliment or a diss? ?

  • i was walking home with my best friend, her boyfriend and his friend. hes funny and dominican.. is friends were calling him and me and my friend were like who is that? and he said yu look nosy cuz you got that big nose too . is this a compliment or a joke?
    he also said i look like a bone. because there was a dog following us. is that saying im super skinny ? is that a joke too or did he mean it ?

    how was his attitude after it?
    was he laughing WITH you?
    did he say just kidding?

  • Somebody thinks that they are funny, and are using you for their own selfish means. Yes, those were supposedly jokes, but nevertheless their intention was to make fun of you.

    And he probably meant that you are too skinny with that particularly comment. I would just avoid him/his buddies at all costs.


  • It was suppose to be one of those playful insult jokes. Those are when guys say something mean to you to make you feel like he doesn't want you. But deep down he does.

  • I'm guessing he's a "wise" guy. I don't think he meant to diss you. I think it was a joke. but it is no where near a compliment.


  • the first one is a diss and for the 2nd one, i think he ment that your so skinny, like a bone, that they should throw you to the dog or something.
