do about a drivers liscience and insurance.

Obtaining a driver's license which you can use in Kuwait is fairly easy.
Driver's License:
An "International Driver's License" is honored in Kuwait, however, be
careful where you purchase it. To make sure you purchase yours from a
reputable dealer, I would recommend visiting your nearest AAA
Automobile Club.

Kuwait:
"Visitors can use international driving permits issued by their
respective countries within the time limit of their visas; however,
the visitor must have liability insurance. It is illegal to drive in
Kuwait without a license and car registration documents. If you are
stopped and cannot produce them, you may be taken to a police station
and held until they are presented on your behalf."

The company who owns the car in Kuwait should already have it covered
by insurance, however, make sure the insurance includes liability.
Medical Insurance:
You will need a long term medical insurance which is renewable on a
yearly basis, making sure you include "emergency evacuation" for a
flight home. Here are two examples:
