What are the various point that should be kept in mind while preparing a seminar presentation?

1. most important even if u dont have any knowledge u can take on is beleive tht u r right what ever u r saying no matter what the hell r u saying so confidence count in all presentation ---personal experience.
2. solid opening -----start as if ur really baught a new thing out of this wrld
3. interact with the people make an eye contact with every one.
4. make a stront ppt i mean less theory on the oard more u speak .
5. cool have fun and enjoy ppt.
2) Create a presentation (ppt) and ensure the equipments in the presentation room are in place on time.
3) Provide handouts to the audience.
4) Include examples as many as possible.
5) Include a couple of points of humour, its really helps a lot.
6) Learn to boomarang, i.e. throw back the question to the audience when you are unsure of the answer.
7) Ask questions to keep the audience attention.
During the presentation, u shouldn't be nervous, u should not feel shy and leave out stage fear and u be confident. U should concentrate on what r u saying and also on others so that they don't loose interest. Plan for timings. Some audience may waste your time, specially the ones who are confused. You should be able to get them back to track quickly and continue.
